Digital Clarity Review
Three sessions.
One clear picture.
No loose ends.
Most digital problems are not technical. They are visibility problems. Nobody can see what is in the way, what needs improving, or what is worth building next. The Digital Clarity Review changes that.
Not done the health check yet?
The Digital Clarity Review works best when we already have a clear picture of where you are. The free health check takes ten minutes and gives us both something concrete to start from.
How it works
Three sessions across a month.
Each one builds on the last.
No homework. No preparation needed. Just honest conversations about your business and what is getting in the way.
Understand
We talk about the business: your goals, your frustrations, what is working and what keeps coming back to you. If you have done the health check, we use it as a starting point. If not, we cover the same ground in conversation. I listen more than I talk. Nothing is proposed, nothing is sold.
You leave knowing your situation has been properly understood.
Clarify
I present back what I found: what needs removing, what needs improving, and what is worth creating. Not a list of recommendations. A clear view of what actually matters and what can wait, in the order it should be addressed. You push back, correct me where I am wrong, and we land on something you recognise as true.
You leave with an agreed picture of your priorities and why they are in that order.
Plan
We turn the priorities into a practical sequence. What you can do yourself. What needs outside help. What it costs. What the first ninety days look like. We agree on what success means so there is no ambiguity about whether it is working.
You leave with a written roadmap that is yours to use however you choose.
How I think
Not everything needs fixing.
Not everything needs building.
Every business is different. Before recommending anything, I look at what you have through three lenses, because the answer is rarely the same twice.
Remove
Some things need to go. Legacy tools nobody uses, processes held together by habit, single points of failure quietly waiting to cause problems. Subtraction is underrated. It clears the ground for everything else.
A server in a cupboard that keeps failing. Three overlapping subscriptions doing the same job. A decision that returns to the owner every time.
Improve
Not everything is broken. Most businesses are running at sixty percent of what they could be on tools they already have. Incremental improvement on solid ground is faster and stickier than starting again.
Security that was set up once and never reviewed. A file structure that works for one person but not five. An invoicing process that is almost automatic.
Create
Sometimes you need something new: a capability that does not exist yet, a way of working that the business has outgrown, a product or process that opens up what comes next. Creation only works when the foundation is ready for it.
A website that did not exist. A submissions process built in SharePoint. An automated follow-up sequence that runs without anyone managing it.
What it costs
Fixed price.
No surprises.

Common questions
Not required, but it helps. The health check gives us both a clear starting point and means we spend less of session one on discovery. If you have not done it, we cover the same ground in the first conversation. It just takes a little longer.
Nothing formal. Come ready to talk about your business: what is working, what is frustrating you, and what you are trying to achieve. The more honest you are, the more useful the review will be.
Either works. For Gloucestershire businesses, in-person is often better for the first session. It is easier to understand a business when you can see it. Sessions two and three work well remotely. We agree what suits you when we book.
The Review and Partner option includes two months of Digital Partner so the transition is immediate. If you start with Review only or Review and Plan and want to continue, we talk about what ongoing support makes sense at the end of session three. There is no obligation and no pressure.
Owner-led businesses, typically between one and fifty people. The review works best when there is one person who understands the whole business and can make decisions. If that is you, it is probably a fit.
Yes, where it makes sense. Some things I handle directly. For work outside my core areas I bring in trusted specialists, but I remain the person who understands the full picture and makes sure the pieces fit together. You do not manage multiple suppliers. You manage one conversation.
